REFUND POLICY

We want you to buy with confidence. Here is exactly how refunds work at LEGALDOR, a brand of BeJoker LLC (legal notices: contact@bejokerllc.com).

14-day money-back guarantee

If a pack isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full — no forms, no interrogation.

How to request

• Email contact@legaldor.com from the address used at purchase.
• Include your order email or receipt.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days.

Custom packs

Custom packs (agreed individually via WhatsApp) are refundable within 14 days before delivery. Once the custom materials have been delivered, they are non-refundable.

Abuse protection

To protect our work, we may decline refund requests in clear abuse cases (e.g., full download followed by repeated refund requests across products).
